BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an "Assistant Manager Strategy & Planning” in their Strategy Department.
Qualification:
Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Business or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
The incumbent will be responsible for aiding in the strategic planning process by translating company vision into actionable plans aligned with financial goals and resource allocation. Collaborating closely with the finance team to ensure strategic initiatives are reflected in budgets and capital planning.
This role further involves conducting in-depth feasibility studies for new business opportunities, including financial modelling, risk analysis, and market assessment for ventures such as local assembly, product diversification, and value-added services. Monitoring government automotive policies, import tariffs, and regulatory developments to assess financial impact and shape responsive strategies.
Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress of strategic initiatives, preparing regular performance reports for executive leadership to support data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment with profitability targets.
