Assistant Manager - Sales Operations

Ismail Industries Limited is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Sales Operations to support sales execution, streamline operational processes, and ensure effective coordination across sales, distribution, and support functions in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end sales operations by processing sales orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.

- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain product availability and support business continuity.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, analyze sales trends, and track team performance against targets.

- Manage distributor claims, including promotional and damage claims, while supporting the administration of sales team incentives and related operational processes.

- Act as a key liaison between the field sales team, distributors, head office, and cross-functional departments such as Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth operations.

- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and business documentation while ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.

- Support routine sales administration, operational planning, and coordination to enhance overall sales effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or a similar role

- Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems; experience with SAP or Salesflo will be considered an advantage

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
