Your role will involve:
✅ Developing and executing sales strategies to hit monthly targets
✅ Managing client meetings, site visits & closing deals
✅ Leading, supervising & motivating your sales team
✅ Representing Ismmart at expos, events & industry gatherings
✅ Providing accurate forecasts and sharp market insights
What we need from you:
🎯 3–5 years of sales experience
🎓 Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
💬 Strong negotiation, communication & leadership skills
