Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Islamabad for an Assistant Sales Manager. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the sales team, managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include implementing sales strategies, providing market insights, and identifying new business opportunities. This role also involves coordinating with other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

* Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation

* Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales management software

* Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies

* Team collaboration and leadership capabilities

* Strong organizational and time-management skills

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

* Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory

* Experience in high-rise projects is a plus
