Assistant Manager – Production Planning (Offset Printing)

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: Assistant Manager – Production Planning (Offset Printing)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

3–5 years in planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management, with offset printing planning experience required.

Location:

Site-2, Near Ahsan Abad, Super Highway, Karachi.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist in developing and managing production and operational plans to meet organizational goals.

-Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow and resource optimization.

-Monitor inventory levels and assist in demand forecasting to align supply with production schedules.

-Analyze planning data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvement actions.

-Prepare and present reports on production status, scheduling, and resource utilization to senior management.

-Support implementation of planning tools and software for efficient operations.

-Lead and mentor junior planning staff, fostering continuous learning and development.

Requirements:

-Proficient in planning software and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

-Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

-Experience in supply chain coordination and inventory management

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration

-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

-Offset printing planning experience is required
