Position: Assistant Manager – Plant Engineering (Projects)

Indus Motor Company is looking for a passionate and skilled individual to join our dynamic team as Assistant Manager – Plant Engineering (Projects).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute electrical engineering projects, preferably with a strong background in Electrical Engineering.

Provide engineering input in estimating equipment and assist in material cost for successful project execution.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Utilize MS Office tools for creating dashboards, presentations, and reports.

Apply appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

Develop and manage Capital Projects related to major utility equipment rebuilds and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a well-reputed university.

2–3 years of experience in project execution or plant engineering roles.

Strong communication skills

Good presentation skills

Good data analysis
