Thal Engineering, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, is looking for high-potential engineering professionals with strong technical capabilities and hands-on manufacturing exposure for the role of Assistant Manager - Part Development.
๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โข Lead part development activities for new and existing components.
โข Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for successful development and implementation.
โข Manage technical evaluation and development of local and international vendors.
โข Ensure quality, manufacturability, cost optimization, and timely execution of development projects.
โข Support project engineering and process engineering activities.
๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:
โข BE in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial Manufacturing Engineering.
โข 3โ5 years of relevant experience in part development within a manufacturing environment.
โข Strong technical, engineering, and problem-solving skills.
โข Sound understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings, vendor development, and process improvement.
โข Candidates from multinational or leading engineering organizations will be preferred.
