B.Tech/ B.E (Electrical OR Electronics)

𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 : Male

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫,

Ø Monitor the progress of maintenance jobs and keep the team accountable to meet timelines.
Ø Conduct regular meetings with production staff regarding job intimations.
Ø Conduct regular meeting with purchase import department regarding maintenance purchasing.
Ø Deal with vendors for outsourced projects and maintenance.
Ø Make equipment defect report and do technical communication with relevant resources.
Ø Take steps to keep maintenance job expense economical.
Ø Make, implement and improve preventive maintenance plan of utilities and applicable machines.
Ø Make, implement and improve maintenance check sheet for utilities and applicable machines.
Ø Explore and acquire machine manuals and machine components specifications.
Ø Responsible for installation of new machinery and utilities.
