Assistant Manager Internal Audit

BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co, is looking for an "Assistant Manager Internal Audit" in their Internal Audit department.

Qualifications:

CA / ICMA / ACCA / MBA

Experience: 

3+ years of relevant experience in internal audit / risk advisory

Location: Head Office, Karachi. 

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of a risk-based internal audit plan, ensuring effective evaluation of internal controls and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves leading audit assignments independently or under managerial supervision, preparing audit programs, working papers, and maintaining proper audit documentation in line with established standards.

The individual will assess financial and operational processes, identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks, and ensure thorough risk assessment for each audit area. They will draft clear, practical, and actionable audit reports, while also following up on audit observations and tracking the implementation of recommended actions.

Additionally, the role includes leveraging ERP systems (preferably SAP) and data analytics tools to enhance audit efficiency and support automation initiatives. The candidate will supervise and review the work of audit executives, ensuring quality and consistency in deliverables.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and professional skepticism are essential, along with effective communication and team coordination skills to collaborate across departments and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
