Looking for an energetic, detail-oriented professional to join HR team as Assistant Manager – HR Operations. This role focuses on end-to-end HR service delivery, with a strong emphasis on Payroll, Provident Fund, Compliance, and HR Reporting.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

 1️⃣ Manage payroll for 5,000+ employees with accuracy & compliance.

 2️⃣ Oversee Provident Fund administration ensuring statutory compliance.

 3️⃣ Handle employee records, policies, benefits, and HRIS management.

 4️⃣ Deliver timely HR data, reports, and analytics for management.

 5️⃣ Partner cross-functionally to improve HR processes & employee experience.

 6️⃣ Ensure HR practices comply with policies & labor laws.

 7️⃣ Support audits and implement HR best practices.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills:

3–5 years’ experience in HR Operations, Payroll & PF Management.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR / Business Administration.

Strong Excel (8/10+) & analytical/reporting skills.

Detail-oriented, problem solver, and excellent time manager.
