Assistant Manager – HR
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager – Human Resources. The role requires strong expertise in HR operations, people management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment & Selection (end-to-end hiring process)
-Organization Development (training, career growth & succession planning)
-Payroll Management & HR Operations
-Policy Making, Implementation & Compliance
-Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
-Performance Management & Appraisal Systems
-Attendance & Leave Management
-HR Documentation, Reporting & Record Maintenance
-Ensuring compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations
Requirements:
-Education: MBA / BBA (HRM) or equivalent qualification
-Experience: 3–5 years in HR (industrial/manufacturing sector preferred)
-Strong communication, interpersonal & leadership skills
-Proficiency in MS Office & HR software
