We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager HR!
Mon Salwa (Quick Food Industries Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a dedicated and well-rounded HR professional to join our team at Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
🎓 Qualification:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
(Law qualification will be an added advantage)
💼 Experience:
2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Key Responsibilities Include:
🔹 Managing day-to-day HR operations at the factory
🔹 Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
🔹 Ensuring compliance with HR policies and basic labour law requirements
🔹 Handling employee queries, grievances, and basic disciplinary matters
🔹 Coordinating performance evaluations, confirmations, and training needs
🔹 Assisting in audits, external visits, and HR/ER compliance activities
