We are hiring an Assistant Manager Finance to support financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This is a hands-on execution role where you will assist in preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and supporting audits while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Support tax filings, compliance documentation, and audit requirements.
- Perform reconciliations (banks, payables, receivables, intercompany).
- Monitor cash flows and support working capital management.
- Prepare financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of finance-related records.
๐ค๐๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ & ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
- ACCA Affiliate / Finalist, or masterโs in finance/accounting.
- 4โ6 years of hands-on accounting/finance experience.
- Solid understanding of IFRS, tax, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
