Position: Assistant Manager Export
Location: SITE Area Karachi
Timing: Monday to Saturday (9am – 6pm)
Acme Mills Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Export for our Export Department at our SITE Area, Karachi office, who can efficiently handle all export-related tasks and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle complete export order processing from order confirmation to shipment execution.
• Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, and other shipping documents.
• Coordinate with buyers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and internal departments.
• Follow up with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments.
• Monitor order status and maintain shipment schedules.
• Ensure compliance with export procedures and customer requirements.
• Maintain proper records and reporting related to export activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Export Department.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Home Textile industry experience.
• Graduation in a relevant field.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong command of MS Office and export documentation procedures.
