🚀 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager - E-commerce Operations
📍 Karachi DHA
My Pet Hospital is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – E-commerce to manage daily online operations and ensure smooth order processing.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage order processing & status updates in Odoo
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse team
• Oversee order fulfillment (picking, packing & dispatch)
• Handle returns, refunds & customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics partners and track deliveries
• Perform payment reconciliation (COD & online)
• Generate reports and resolve operational/system issues
🔹 Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in E-commerce Operations
• Hands-on experience with Odoo or similar ERP
• Strong coordination, analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
