Position: Assistant Manager - Centralized Planning (Weaving)
๐๐ผ๐ฏ ๐ฅ๐ผ๐น๐ฒ:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Centralized Planning (Weaving) to manage weaving production planning, loom allocation, and order execution while ensuring smooth coordination between production, PPC, merchandising, and inventory teams to meet delivery timelines efficiently.
๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
-Develop and monitor weaving production plans and schedules
-Manage loom allocation and production capacity utilization
-Coordinate with PPC, merchandising, and production teams for timely execution of orders
-Track production performance and resolve planning bottlenecks
-Prepare production and planning reports for management
-Ensure smooth workflow and timely availability of production resources
๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐:
-Strong knowledge of weaving operations and production planning
-Good analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
-Familiarity with ERP/PPC systems is preferred

-Bachelorโs degree in Textile Engineering with specialization in Weaving
-4โ6 years of relevant experience in weaving planning or production planning
