We are looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our growing team.

🔹 Position: Assistant Manager – Business Development
🔹 Location: Islamabad
What you’ll do:
• Drive end-to-end NPD projects across Pharma, Nutra, OTC & Medical Devices
• Maintain project dashboards, trackers & execution timelines
• Ensure milestone completion and cross-functional coordination
• Conduct research on new molecules, market dynamics & global trends
• Perform competitor analysis and prepare market insights for decision-making
What we’re looking for:
✔ Pharm-D (Mandatory) – MBA preferred
✔ 3–5 years experience in Pharma/Nutra BD
✔ Strong analytical, communication & documentation skills
✔ Proficiency in Excel (CPAs/forecasting), PowerPoint & data handling
✔ Ability to multitask and deliver under deadlines
