𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 - 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐬 & 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Karachi

Sera Pakistan is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager - Accounts & Import to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in import operations, banking coordination, customs clearance, and landed cost management.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Manage end-to-end import documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, COO, HS Codes, and compliance documents.

Coordinate with banks for LC documentation, Bank Contracts, foreign payments, and import-related transactions.

Liaise with clearing agents to ensure timely customs clearance and resolve documentation discrepancies.

Prepare and maintain landed cost sheets, including duties, taxes, freight, port charges, and clearing expenses.

Track import shipments from purchase order to final delivery while coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Verify clearing agent invoices, duty challans, bank payments, and other import-related costs.

Update ERP with import GRNs, landed costs, and related financial information.

Prepare import cost summaries, shipment status reports, and monthly management reports.

Maintain complete import records for audit and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure smooth import operations and accurate financial reporting.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.

4–6 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Import Operations.

Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs regulations, banking processes, and landed costing.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.

Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
