Key Responsibilities:
ā¢Manage company trade operations and coordinate with banks regarding banking facilities.
ā¢Prepare and ensure timely renewal of bank facility offer letters.
ā¢Prepare daily cash flow reports and monitor variances.
ā¢Arrange and manage funds for imports, local payments, CAPEX, and payroll processing.
ā¢Oversee bank account openings, amendments, and digital banking setup.
ā¢Prepare financial documentation for banking facilities, credit limits, and renewals.
ā¢Supervise daily bank reconciliations and ensure timely updates in SAP.
ā¢Lead budgeting, financial planning, profitability analysis, and break-even management.
ā¢Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and support tax planning activities.
