We're Hiring: Assistant Manager – Academic Operations (Full Time)
Location: Habib University – Karachi
Position Overview:
This role oversees core operational processes across the faculty lifecycle, from onboarding to annual review and separation. It involves cross-departmental coordination, data management, and ensuring smooth, timely execution of academic operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead faculty lifecycle operations: onboarding, annual review, promotions, and separation.
• Develop onboarding schedules, materials, and coordination across departments.
• Manage administrative services for incoming and outgoing faculty, including visa, travel, and housing.
• Execute annual review and promotion cycles in alignment with policy and timelines.
• Prepare data analysis, summaries, and recommendations for faculty review processes.
• Build and maintain data systems, dashboards, and automated workflows with IR and IT.
• Manage faculty profiles on HRMS and update profiles on the university website.
• Coordinate with Marketing & Communications for recruitment and onboarding collateral.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably within an HR or academic operations environment.
• Strong communication, organization, project management, and problem-solving skills.
