 Position: Assistant HR Officer

TeReSol Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Human Resources team as an Assistant HR Officer. The ideal candidate will assist in daily HR operations, support recruitment activities, and help foster a positive and professional workplace environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.

HR-related certifications will be considered an advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in a corporate or technology-based organization.

Key Skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational, analytical, and time management abilities.

Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Job Responsibilities

Assist the HR team and departmental leads with recruitment and workforce planning.

Maintain and update the candidate database/talent pool for ongoing and future hiring needs.

Support the onboarding process, including documentation, orientation, and follow-ups.

Assist in executing HR initiatives related to employee engagement, culture development, and employer branding.

Handle day-to-day HR operations, including employee data management, benefits coordination, and HR documentation.
