📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop & implement the Internal Audit framework, policies, and annual audit plan
✔️ Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits independently
✔️ Identify risks, control gaps, and process inefficiencies
✔️ Recommend practical, actionable improvements
✔️ Prepare clear audit reports and follow up on corrective actions
✔️ Partner with management to strengthen internal controls & risk management
🎓 Skills & Qualifications:
🎯 Education: ACCA / CIA / MBA (Finance)
🎯 Experience: 4–6 years in Internal Audit / Risk
🎯 Strong understanding of processes, controls, and ERP-based audits
🎯 Ability to work independently and set up systems from the ground up
