✨ Position: Assistant / Deputy Manager - Finishing

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

- BS / MS - Textile Engineering / Equivalent

- 3 to 5 Years of Relevant Experience in Knitwear Finishing Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing end-to-end finishing operations to ensure product quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

- Monitor and control finishing processes including compaction, stentering, curing, and packing to meet required standards.

- Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, quality benchmarks, and international finishing standards.

- Support process optimization initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.

- Coordinate with Dyeing, Quality Assurance, Cutting, and Planning teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time execution.

- Identify and troubleshoot finishing-related issues, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.

- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper maintenance of finishing equipment.

- Supervise and guide finishing staff to maintain operational efficiency and discipline on the floor.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, compliance standards, and organizational policies.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence across finishing processes.
