Position: Assistant Brand Manager - Fashion
Location: Karachi
Responsibilities
-Assist in developing and executing brand strategies for Fashion categories.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to support brand planning.
-Coordinate with design, buying, and merchandising teams on product selection and category growth.
-Support the creation and execution of seasonal campaigns, brand calendars, and promotional activities.
-Ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints including in-store visuals, digital assets, and packaging.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to track campaign performance and optimize results.
-Manage vendor coordination, sampling, and documentation related to brand materials.
-Prepare weekly/monthly reports on category performance.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Management, or related field.
-4–5 years of relevant experience in fashion retail, brand management, or category management.
-Strong understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and retail dynamics.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
-Proficiency in MS Office; experience with creative/design tools is a plus.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
