Zubaidas Little Darling is looking for passionate and driven Assistant Brand Managers to join our retail brand team, with a dedicated focus on our Kids categories which includes Little Darling, Tommee Tippee, and Toys.
If you live and breathe brand strategy, understand what today's families want, and have a keen eye for what makes a kids' product truly stand out on the shelf.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the development and execution of brand strategies for our Kids categories: LIttle Darling, Tomme Tippee and Toys
• Coordinate product launches, campaigns, and in-store activations
• Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and industrial activites.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and supply chain teams
• Assist in managing brand budgets and tracking performance KPIs
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment
What we are looking for:
• 3–4 years of experience in brand management or marketing (retail preferred)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Passion for the Kids/family consumer segment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to details.
Location: Korangi Industrial Area, near Brookes Chowrangi, Karachi
