Requirement:
Candidates having experience of 7-9 years of relevant Home Care, Personal Care or FMCG industry.
Maximum age limit: 38 years.
Qualification:
Minimum graduation from an accredited university.
Job Description:
Achieve monthly and annual primary & secondary sales targets through strong market execution.
Develop and manage distributors to ensure optimal coverage, stock availability, and financial health.
Ensure visibility standards, merchandising, and in-store execution as per company guidelines.
Strengthen coverage plans and outlet productivity to maximize numeric and weighted distribution.
Lead, coach, and develop TSOs/DSOs teams to improve productivity and performance.
Expand business through new outlet development, key accounts, and channel-specific initiatives.
Ensure accurate sales reporting, market intelligence, and strict adherence to SOPs and compliance.
