Architect

Bachaa Party is looking for a creative and experienced Architect to lead innovative design projects.

Location: Karachi

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Develop innovative retail store design concepts aligned with brand identity and global retail standards (window displays, signage, lighting & interiors)

o Lead end-to-end design of flagship stores, outlets, and remodel projects across multiple locations

o Design customer-centric store layouts focusing on customer journey, product zoning, and space optimization

o Prepare detailed architectural drawings, BOQs, technical documentation, and high-quality 3D visualizations

o Collaborate closely with Visual Merchandising, Retail Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure design execution accuracy

o Conduct feasibility studies for mall and high-street locations including spatial and commercial analysis

o Ensure compliance with mall regulations, brand standards, and local building codes

o Oversee on-site execution, vendor coordination, and quality assurance of fit-out projects

o Maintain and evolve standardized store formats for scalability across regions

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)

o 3–5+ years of proven experience in retail store design (preferably fashion / apparel retail)

o Hands-on experience working with leading retail / fashion brands or design studios

o Strong expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion (or equivalent 3D tools)

o Deep understanding of retail fit-out, mall requirements, and brand rollout execution

o Strong portfolio showcasing retail store projects

o Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines

o Strong aesthetic sense, detail orientation, and commercial understanding of retail spaces
