Position: Airbnb Operations Executive
Ā Experience: 0ā6 Months
Ā Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Ā Location: E-11, Islamabad
Ā Working Hours: 6:00 PM ā 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
Key Responsibilities
Ā· Oversee daily operations of Airbnb listings and propertiesĀ
Ā· Manage guest communication, including inquiries, bookings, and issue resolutionĀ
Ā· Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, and housekeeping activitiesĀ
Ā· Monitor and update property listings, pricing, and availabilityĀ
Ā· Maintain accurate records of bookings, revenue, and operational reportsĀ
Requirements
Ā· A Levels, BBA, or an equivalent qualificationĀ
Ā· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Ā
Ā· Proficiency in MS Office / Google WorkspaceĀ
Ā· Basic understanding of account handling and record-keepingĀ
Ā· Strong multitasking and organizational skillsĀ
Ā· Prior experience in BPO, customer support, or Airbnb management will be an advantageĀ
