About Us:
Swift Studioz is building cutting-edge AI systems for automation, customer service, and enterprise solutions. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented AI Engineer to join our on-site development team in Lahore.
Responsibilities:
•Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
•Build scalable AI pipelines for real-time inference (voice, chat, automation)
•Work with large datasets and GPU-accelerated environments
•Deploy and maintain AI models on production servers
•Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI features into applications
•Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize model accuracy and speed
Requirements:
•Strong understanding of Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch
•Experience with NLP, speech models, or LLM pipelines (preferred)
•Hands-on experience with GPUs (3090/4090/A-series preferred)
•Ability to optimize models for low latency and high scalability
•Problem-solving mindset and strong debugging skills
•Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/Data Science or relevant field
