Role Description

Software Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing AI models and solutions, focusing on cloud-based implementations. The role involves working on pattern recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and cloud computing. The Software Engineer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage scalable AI solutions in cloud environments, specifically emphasizing conversational AI-based chatbots.

 

Required Qualifications:

Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development

Proven experience in applying AI models to solve business problems

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks for conversational AI-based chatbots

Good understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries

Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Python, Javascript, or C#

Experience with cloud services such as Azure or AWS

Experience in solution & software architecture

Experience in using different software design patterns to solve complex issues

Experience in preparing solutions and technical documents

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

English language proficiency (written and spoken) is a must

 

Desirable Qualifications

Experience with Azure AI services

Familiarity with OpenAI technologies
