Aftersales Services Assistant

We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Aftersales Services Assistant to join our dynamic aftersales team at IMAN Group.

If you have strong technical expertise in diesel generator systems, excellent customer handling skills, and a passion for operational excellence — this role is for you!

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently through calls and emails.

Coordinate with end-users to ensure timely service and satisfaction.

Maintain complaint logs, analyze root causes, and prepare service/complaint reports.

Supervise DG set installations – from site surveys and procurement coordination to execution.

Manage pre-sales and post-sales support, including quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Technical, Purchase) and external partners.

Handle spare parts sales, warranty claims, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Conduct field visits for service quality audits and ensure cost-effective operations.

Maintain accurate records of customer orders, service logs, and invoices.

Uphold service SOPs and promote a customer-first culture within the team.

🎓 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (mandatory)

3–5 years of experience in aftersales, services, or operations management — preferably in the power or generator industry

Strong technical knowledge of diesel generator systems

Fluent in Pashto (mandatory)

Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Proficient in MS Office and service reporting tools
