Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns

• Run campaigns on Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads

• Work on lead generation, eCommerce ads, retargeting, and funnel optimization

• Manage budgets, test creatives, improve targeting, and scale winning campaigns

• Track CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate, and lead quality

• Set up pixels, conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and campaign reports

• Share weekly performance insights with clear next steps

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Ads Manager, PPC Specialist, Google Ads Specialist, Meta Ads Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, Performance Marketer, or Media Buyer

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns

• Understanding of pixels, tracking, funnels, landing pages, and analytics

• Ability to analyze data and improve ROI

• Portfolio, screenshots, case studies, or proof of campaign results required
