We’re Hiring: Admin Manager (Retail Industry)

📍 Location: Lahore
Salary: 120k to 150k

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily administrative operations of retail outlets and head office.
- Ensure smooth execution of policies, SOPs, and compliance procedures.
- Manage facility maintenance, vendor contracts, and office supplies.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure effective coordination between departments.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for efficiency.
- Implement effective reporting systems to support management decisions.


Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Management or equivalent.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in administration (retail industry experience preferred).

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems (a plus).
