Hiring – Accounts & Billing Officer
📍 Location: Headstart School – Chaklala Branch, Rawalpindi
🕒 Immediate Joining Preferred
Headstart School is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and reliable Accounts & Billing Officer to join our Chaklala Branch team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable and receivables
• Handle billing, fee records, reconciliations, and club payments
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ledgers
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Ensure timely vendor payments and proper record-keeping
• Support audits and maintain compliance with financial policies
🔹 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• ACCA finalist preferred
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a reputed school will be an added advantage
• Strong command over accounting software & MS Excel
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
