📢 We’re Hiring: Admin Associate (Accounting Background)
Location: Remote (Anywhere in Pakistan)
Job Type: Full-Time
We’re expanding our team at Finsoul Network, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Admin Associate with an accounting background to support our vendor management, documentation processes, and day-to-day administrative operations.
If you love working in a structured, process-driven environment and have a strong grip on accounting basics we’d love to meet you!
🔹 Key Responsibilities
▪️ Vendor registration & onboarding
▪️ Managing documentation, contracts, and record keeping
▪️ Invoice processing, data entry & basic reconciliations
▪️ Maintaining vendor files & financial documents
▪️ Supporting daily administrative and coordination tasks
🔹 Requirements
▪️ Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Business
▪️ Solid understanding of accounting principles
▪️ Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Office
▪️ Strong communication & organizational skills
▪️ Experience with vendor documentation (preferred)
