Baroque, a leading retail fashion brand, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Adda Work Supervisor to join our dynamic team.
Location: LDA Avenue, Raiwind Road, Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage daily Adda Work operations
* Ensure timely completion of embellishment work as per production deadlines
* Monitor quality standards of embroidery, beadwork, sequins, stones, pearls, and other hand embellishments
* Coordinate with designers, production teams, and artisans to ensure design accuracy
* Allocate work and monitor the performance of Adda workers
* Maintain productivity, quality, and workflow efficiency
* Ensure proper handling of materials and embellishment accessories
Requirements:
* Relevant experience as an Adda Work Supervisor in the fashion/apparel industry
* Strong knowledge of hand embellishment and embroidery techniques
* Experience in bridal, formal, and luxury wear will be preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Good communication and coordination abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
