*Hiring: Acquisition Sales Closer (U.S. Real Estate)*

*Location:* Karachi (Gulberg) – Office-based

*Salary* : PKR 70,000–100,000 + High Commissions

*Total Earnings Potential:* PKR 840,000–3,000,000+/year

*About the Role*

This position is not related to Pakistani real estate.

You will work with U.S. homeowners and handle inbound seller leads generated through our marketing channels. The job is fully phone and CRM-based, and comprehensive training will be provided.

*Ideal Candidate Profile*

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

* Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent

* Experience in phone-based sales (BPO, call center, U.S. clients, or telemarketing preferred)

* Ability to make 100–200 connected calls per day

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Confident, organized, and motivated for growth

*Who Should Not Apply*

To avoid mismatch, please do not apply if you have:

* Only local Pakistani property sales experience

* Door-to-door or field sales background

* Weak or average English communication

* No experience with high-volume calling

* Only real estate marketing experience
