Position: Accounts Payable Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Executive to manage and process company payments efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy in financial transactions, maintain proper records, and support the finance team in meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation

- Maintain and update accounts payable records and reports

- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

- Ensure all payments are processed within agreed timelines

- Assist in month-end closing activities related to payables

- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors for payment-related queries

- Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit purposes

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems)

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- Experience working with ERP systems will be an added advantage
