🔎 Hiring Accountant / Assistant Accountant

📍 Islamabad (I-10/3) | Onsite

🕒 Shift: 7 PM – 4 AM

We are seeking a responsible and detail oriented accounting professional to support our finance team with daily accounting activities. Candidates with experience in QuickBooks Online, payroll support, invoicing, and account reconciliation are encouraged to apply.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

💰 Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and payroll reports

📊 Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online including AP, AR, and journal entries

🏦 Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

🧾 Prepare and manage client and contractor invoices (C2C & VMS)

📅 Track timesheets and expenses and follow up when required

📈 Support month-end closing activities like accruals and prepaid expenses

🗂 Maintain Excel trackers and assist with financial reporting

🔹 Requirements

📌 1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

📌 Strong knowledge of QuickBooks Online

📌 Experience with payroll, invoicing, and reconciliations

📌 Background in an IT company / software house preferred

📌 Good spoken English communication skills

📌 Proficient in MS Excel with attention to detail

📌 Ability to work onsite and meet deadlines

🔹 Preferred

⭐ Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems

⭐ Familiarity with C2C / contract-based accounting

⭐ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
