Habib University is looking for a dedicated professional to join our Office of Academic Performance as an Academic Advisor — an individual who can guide students through their academic pathways, foster meaningful learning experiences, and ensure holistic student success throughout their undergraduate journey.
The role offers the opportunity to:
🎯 Provide integrated academic advising on liberal core, majors, minors, and academic policies.
🧭 Support students in defining academic and career goals while monitoring their progress throughout the program.
🤝 Collaborate closely with faculty, Registrar’s Office, EHSAS Centre, Writing Centre, Wellness Counselors, and other student support units.
📚 Design advising resources, academic planning tools, and skill-building workshops.
🌱 Lead and participate in programs such as First Year Experience, New Student Orientation, and senior-year transition initiatives.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have around 2-3 years of experience working with students in a similar capacity.
This position is based in Karachi.
