Weβre looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and skilled at managing full-cycle recruitment with creativity, strategy, and precision.
Compensation & Benefits:
β Salary Range: PKR 70,000 β 90,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Work Details:
β Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore
β Working Days: Monday to Friday
β Timings: 5:00 PM β 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
The Role:
β Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
β Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements
β Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right candidates
β Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks
β Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skill and culture fit
β Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback loops
β Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets
β Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs
β Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience
β Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies and standards
What Weβre Looking For:
β Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
β 2β4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
β Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
β Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management
β Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
β Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
β Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving and team-oriented mindset
β A passion for people, culture, and creating a great candidate experience
