We’re looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support our growing teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and skilled at managing full-cycle recruitment with creativity, strategy, and precision.

➜ Salary Range: PKR 70,000 – 90,000 per month (based on experience and skillset)

Work Details:

➜ Office Location: Paragon City, Lahore

➜ Working Days: Monday to Friday

➜ Timings: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)

The Role:

➜ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding

➜ Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and role requirements

➜ Create and post engaging job descriptions to attract the right candidates

➜ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other professional networks

➜ Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for skill and culture fit

➜ Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely feedback loops

➜ Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and dashboards on Google Sheets

➜ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs

➜ Support employer branding initiatives and improve candidate experience

➜ Ensure all hiring activities align with company policies and standards

What We’re Looking For:

➜ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

➜ 2–4 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment

➜ Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter

➜ Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data management

➜ Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

➜ Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

➜ Strong attention to detail, with a problem-solving and team-oriented mindset

➜ A passion for people, culture, and creating a great candidate experience
