TPL Insurance is looking for an Assistant Manager - Strategy to work closely with senior leadership in driving strategic planning, governance, business analysis, and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Prepare executive presentations, Board packs, management reports, and strategic updates for the CEO, COO, and leadership forums.
โข Translate complex business data into compelling stories, actionable insights, and decision-ready recommendations.
โข Support the annual strategy planning process, including OKRs, KPIs, business priorities, and departmental alignment.
โข Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify strategic growth opportunities.
โข Develop business cases for new products, partnerships, channels, and transformation initiatives.
โข Coordinate with cross-functional teamsโincluding Sales, Marketing, Product, Claims, Finance, Technology, Operations, HR, and PMOโto drive execution, monitor progress, and ensure accountability.
โข Track strategic initiatives, manage governance processes, and support leadership in informed decision-making.
We're looking for someone who has:
โ Strong executive presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to build CEO & Board-ready decks.
โ Excellent analytical thinking, business writing, and problem-solving capabilities.
โ Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
โ Commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue, profitability, customer growth, and operational performance.
โ Advanced Excel skills and the ability to interpret data (Power BI knowledge is a plus).
โ High ownership, attention to detail, and the confidence to challenge assumptions constructively.
