Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial internal audits covering payments, receivables, payables, treasury operations, and borrowings.
Perform pre-audit checks for payments, contracts, and financial commitments.
Review internal controls across procurement, stores, production, inventory, and revenue cycles, identifying process gaps and improvement areas.
Ensure financial accuracy, compliance with SOPs, and adherence to regulatory/listed-company requirements.
Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations.
Follow up on audit findings and share quarterly implementation updates.
Support quarterly audits , risk assessments, and special assignments as required.
Requirements (Qualifications & Skills):
3–5 years of internal audit experience
Hands-on experience in financial audits, treasury reviews, borrowings, and compliance
Strong understanding of textile operations
Ability to think critically and identify control gaps
ACCA Affiliate / ACCA Finalist (max 2 papers left) or MBA (Finance)
Experience with quarterly audits in listed companies is preferred

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manager / Deputy Manager – Taxation to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all direct and indirect tax matters, ensuring full compliance with tax laws, and supporting strategic tax planning for the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage timely filing of Income Tax, Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, SST, and all statutory returns.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual tax computations, including deferred tax.
• Oversee withholding tax deductions, deposits, and certificate issuance.
• Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, appeals, and coordination with tax authorities (FBR, SRB, PRA, etc.).
• Conduct tax analysis for new business initiatives and review contracts for tax compliance.
• Maintain complete tax documentation and support internal/external audits.
• Monitor changes in tax laws and advise management accordingly.
• Prepare periodic tax reports and identify tax planning opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants; ensure proper tax accounting in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Conduct tax compliance training and manage tax registration/deregistration for outlets.
Qualifications & Requirements
• CA Finalist / ACCA Member / ICMA / Master’s in Accounting or Finance.
• 8–10 years’ experience in taxation, preferably in a corporate or retail/mall environment.
• Strong knowledge of Income Tax and Sales Tax laws.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP taxation modules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity and strong attention to detail.
