โจ Position: Manager Dyeing
๐ Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree in Textile Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Relevant Field
- 08 โ 10 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end knitwear dyeing operations, ensuring quality, consistency, and productivity.
- Provide technical leadership in dyeing recipes, shade matching, chemical selection, and process control.
- Manage and optimize operations of high-pressure dyeing machines, including TEXLINK, BRAZOLI, FONGโS, SCLAVOS, THIES, and other automated systems.
- Drive process optimization, cost reduction initiatives, and capacity planning for dyeing units.
- Ensure effective lab-to-bulk transfer, shade approvals, and adherence to international color fastness and quality standards.
- Proactively troubleshoot process deviations, machine performance issues, and quality concerns.
- Collaborate closely with Lab, Quality Assurance, Knitting, Finishing, and Planning teams to ensure seamless workflow.
- Lead, mentor, and develop dyeing teams while enforcing safety, compliance, and best operational practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence goals.
