Assist in implementing disaster recovery, data backup, and network failover strategies. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools or practices to improve IT operations. Coordinate with third-party vendors or ISPs for support and escalation. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in IT support and network administration. Hands-on experience with VPNs, site-to-site and remote access tunnels (IPSec, OpenVPN, etc.). Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, firewalls, and load balancers. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix). Solid troubleshooting skills and a proactive problem-solving approach. Ability to assess performance bottlenecks and optimize network throughput. Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
