Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
2. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
3. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using Applicant Tracking System
4. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
5. Build relationships with candidates and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs
6. Assist in creating and formatting presentations, and reports.
7. Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
8. Prepare and share regular attendance reports with management.
9. Address attendance-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

3. 2-3 of experience in talent acquisition preferably in an IT firm
4. Proficiency in recruitment techniques, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment.
5. Knowledge of HR systems and databases; experience with attendance management software is a plus.
