Key Responsibilities - Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. - Partner closely with the Sales and Finance teams to coordinate resource planning and workforce-related activities. - Establish and manage leave, attendance, and workforce tracking processes. - Implement, maintain, and optimize HRMS/HRIS platforms to automate and streamline HR operations. - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, code of conduct, and contractor compliance documentation. - Coordinate recruitment activities, contractor onboarding, documentation, and workforce compliance for client engagements across the GCC region. - Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and leadership on HR-related matters, including employee relations, grievances, policy guidance, and day-to-day HR operations. - Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable employment regulations. - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and build scalable systems that support business growth.
