Smart Brains BPO is hiring a skilled IT Networking Engineer to manage, maintain, and secure our growing network infrastructure.
If you have strong hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and network troubleshooting โ this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
โณ๏ธ Configure, manage, and troubleshoot switches, routers, and firewalls.
โณ๏ธMonitor network performance and optimize system availability.
โณ๏ธImplement and manage VLANs, VPNs, DHCP, DNS, and routing protocols.
โณ๏ธEnsure network security through access control, firewalls, and monitoring tools.
โณ๏ธManage LAN/WAN infrastructure and wireless networks.
โณ๏ธDiagnose and resolve connectivity issues across the office network.
โณ๏ธMaintain network documentation, diagrams, IP lists, and SOPs.
โณ๏ธSupport VoIP systems and ensure smooth connectivity for call center operations.
โณ๏ธPerform regular system backups and recovery testing.
โณ๏ธCoordinate network upgrades, maintenance, and vendor interactions.
Requirements:
๐น1โ3 years of professional networking experience.
๐นStrong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, NAT, VLANs, and subnetting.
๐นHands-on experience with network devices (Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti, TP-Link, etc.).
๐นExperience with firewalls, security policies, and VPN technologies.
๐นGood troubleshooting and analytical skills.
๐นMust be able to handle network issues independently.
