Digital Performance Conduct SEO audits and work with internal or external teams to improve rankings. Monitor campaign KPIs and prepare regular reports. Research & Innovation Continuously explore market trends and competitors to identify areas where we can differentiate. Recommend creative ideas or channels to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or executive support. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Ability to manage tasks independently and maintain tight deadlines. Should be able to create bi weekly reports. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Experience working directly with founders or C-level leadership. Basic understanding of analytics (GA4, Meta Ads Manager, etc.). Prior experience in a startup or multi-brand environment.
